Sky Mfg has the latest Fillet Rolling equipment. We are capable of Fillet Rolling up to 1" Diameter Inconell 718CR 220KSI UTS. With our latest addition of the computer aided and Hydraulic controlled system this allows repeatability and consistency on holding distortion to the Maximum level for Fatigue rated bolts. This is a very critical application which Sky Mfg has the Personal along with the proper tooling to insure Cold working has exceeded all Specification requirements.
