Sky Mfg has the Personal and Machinery Capable of Thread Rolling the toughest materials up to 7/8" in Diameter. Running to AS8879C, UNFJ Form, And Special Radius Runouts. Sky Mfg also runs to MIL-S-7742, ( UNF ) Threads, Course and Specials.

We currently have the following in our Thread Rolling department.

• 2) A22 Reed Cylindrical Die Roller. Upgraded to 20HP to run Inconell and H-11 7/8" Diameter up to 1" A286 and Alloy Steel
• 1) #30 Waterbury Flat 2 Die Roller
• 1) #20 Waterbury Flat 2 Die Roller
• 1) Ameritherm Induction Heater 15KW

We are capable of running the following materials Inconell 718, MP35N, RENE41, Waspaloy, H-11 260-300KSI RC-55, A286 CR 40/50%, Titanium 6AL4V & 662, And Alloy Steels. 8740,43040 & 4340 V.M
